Worst, Most Out of Touch Friend Now Interested in Buddhism

‘It’s more like Buddhism found me’

DALLAS – Recent reports have indicated that Miranda Robertson, your worst and most out of touch friend, has recently become Buddhist.

“Yeah, I wouldn’t say I found Buddhism, it’s more like Buddhism found me, y’know. It all started when I went to yoga class and began my journey to becoming closer with the Earth. Well, not too close. Don’t want to get dirty and look like a homeless person,” said Robertson, who would now like to be referred to as ‘Shasti’. “Now, I’ve been transported to the realm of inner peace and happiness. I can barely keep up with the present because I’m so focused on showing everyone how much more enlightened I am than them,” said Robertson. 

“I’ve already booked a trip to Jerusalem to visit the Dalai Lama in his castle or whatever. I think  I can get him to do the griddy for a TikTok,” said a completely serious Robertson.

Upon further investigation, Robertson quickly renounced Buddhism after realizing she wasn’t the only White woman appropriating the religion.
