Excuse Me? I Don’t Have an Asian Fetish, I Have a Foot Fetish and Asian Cultures Normalize Not Wearing Shoes Inside

Let me clear the record once and for all.

Alright, let’s get some things straight here. I love all women. Every single one. It doesn’t matter what hair color they have, or their measurements, or stupid things like what their hobbies and interests are. I truly do love all women, even the ones that keep avoiding me at all costs. You could say I’m a bit of a feminist in that way. But this idea that I have an Asian fetish is so incredibly slanderous and quite frankly disgusting. So, please let me clear the record once and for all.

I have a foot fetish and it just so happens that a majority of Asians do not cover their feet while indoors.

Let me begin by acknowledging the long and painful history of Asian women being oversexualized and fetishized in this country. The root of the problem began with the Page Act of 1875, which claimed to restrict prostitution but actually was used to prevent Chinese women from immigrating to America under the misguided notion that they were prostitutes. Further images of the submissive yet hypersexual Asian woman spread through early films and artwork in the early 1900s. In addition, during WWII and the Korean War, U.S. soldiers solicited Asian sex workers which reinforced the harmful stereotype. But once again, I’m not like those guys. I just like feet.

Even now, the emergence of anime in American culture has spotlighted Asian women as the cultural zeitgeist. Often depicted with voluptuous curves and sensual voice acting, many of these characters have driven Western viewers crazy with lust. Not me though. Anime boobs do not get me hard. It is imperative that my point is understood. Now, hypothetically, if there are close up shots of anything below the ankle, I would like to know the series, season, episode, and timestamp. And also the canonical age of the character.

And I know that some women from other cultures also expose their feet on occasion. That’s fantastic, good for them. Even better for me! However, I stand by my original argument. The probability that I will begin a long term relationship with a woman who exposes her naked feet indoors is much higher if I exclusively date Asian women. I mean, let’s say you have a spice intolerance. It would only be reasonable for you to look for a Caucasian significant other. Just as you might like your food bland and uninspired, I might like my feet sockless, cold, and clammy.

Now that I’ve made everything painstakingly clear, Asian women need to stop painting me as some perverted freak with a crazy insatiable fetish. If anything, I’m actually someone who understands your culture better than most other men.
