‘I Could Never Be In an Open Relationship,’ Says Single Woman Currently Dating 3 Other Men

‘Me and Josh are going to see Dune on Sunday’

Megan Lowell, 28, was revealing some of her latest love life updates when she let us know that she could not bear to be in an open relationship despite concurrently dating three other men. 

“Polyamory has just never been my thing, you know?” she explains. “I feel like it really takes a certain kind of person to feel open about being in a committed relationship with more than one person, but I feel like for me, that’s just not realistic. When I have feelings for one person, it’s just for them and no one else.”

“But to get back on topic, yes, I just had my third date with Mitchell last night, and I am going to see Nick two nights from now and then me and Josh are going to see Dune on Sunday. Should be a pretty fun time with them!”

Soon-to-be-Dune-watcher, Josh Jeon, weighed in on the matter. 

“What do you mean she’s seeing other dudes? We’ve literally been dating for 8 months. She met my parents at Thanksgiving last year. She has a toothbrush in my bathroom. I let her buy us matching couples underwear. This is actually unbelievable.”

Proud and active polyamorist Tara Mason had a few choice words for cis-het women like Megan. 

“I am so sick and tired of women like Megan thinking she is so much better than polyamory but then the moment she has multiple men she’s interested in seeing it becomes ‘just casual dating’. Like, just say you’re in an open relationship or polyamorous, whatever it is, just say what it is. The worst part is that they don’t even bother going to get regular STD tests because they think it’s just casual and fine. Like no nasty ass! Get a STD test.”
