So you’ve heard of the turducken, but get ready for the next big Thanksgiving food craze: taking that dry, dense hunk of white bird flesh and tossing it in the trash can. No need for everybody to gather around the table and pretend that they’re enjoying biting into the most tasteless meat that mankind has thought to consume. No more checking on and basting that dead pasty bird carcass in the oven every hour from sunrise to sundown for it to absorb zero percent of the moisture. Just take that sorry excuse for a protein and chuck it into the nearest garbage bin with no remorse and head to your nearest Chinatown for some roast duck instead. Mmmmm, much better.
