Will My Care Package to My Family in Thailand Containing 16 COVID Vaccines Pass Customs?

I threw in some fresh packs of American Entitlement in there too

In the worst of 2020, the US 7-day average COVID cases was 50K and Thailand was under 50. Hate crimes against Asians were peaking in NY. And in Thailand, it’s another day of Thais hurting other Thais. I was in Thailand for a month, escaping the zombie apocalypse of NYC, and right when I was about to head back to the US, my mom asked “Why would you want to go back to the US? Move back to Thailand!” Little did she know, her luck would be guaranteed from my entrapment in this forsaken country.

Sure, the US is back to hosting music festivals and kissing each other on the mouth, but many Southeast Asian countries, including Thailand, are returning to yet another lockdown due to the double threat forces of the Delta variant and shortage of COVID vaccine.

However, the 50% vaccination rate in the US has been inspiring desperate messages from my family who live in a country where the rate is only 6%. Recently, my 60-year-old mother sent me a package of dried anchovies in hopes of obtaining a few doses of the Pfizer vaccine. She knows how much I’ve been craving for them, so I hit up my boy, Toni Fauciwattanakornchai. He’s the guy all Thais in America knows if we need to ship stuff back to the motherland.

As I’m packing the vaccines with Kirkland brand calcium supplements, American sense of entitlement, and 70% off Nike socks from Marshall’s I wondered whether or not the package would pass customs. To be on the safe side, I tell my friend Toni that we should declare “USA Entitlement” in the customs form for it could really affect the country’s economy and security.

If the package goes through customs and my family receives both the vaccines and American entitlement, they might end up not wanting the vaccines anymore. Next thing I know, I’ll visit my family in 2025, open the freezer in hopes of finding coconut ice cream, but instead will come across dozens of Pfizer sorbet vaccines that were once so needed by my family.
