“He Deserved It,” Says Elmo Regarding Rocco’s DUI Arrest on Sesame Street

‘Elmo wants to be clear: Elmo is not pro prison, only anti-Rocco’

MANHATTAN, N.Y. – Elmo and his long standing tenuous relationship with Rocco has reached a tipping point. In the early hours of Sunday morning, Rocco was pulled over by the NYPD while driving on Sesame Street erratically in Elmo’s Fisher Price Little Tikes Couzy Coupe Escalade. 

Elmo originally knew of Rocco through their mutual ‘friend’ Zoe, however, Elmo did not take too kindly to Rocco given his lack of action or conversation. Zoe was present during the early morning arrest. 

“Elmo has no clue how Rocco got the keys to the car!” said Elmo, “But… Zoe is Elmo’s next door neighbor,” he trailed off. 

The policy report indicated multiple empty liquor bottles found in the car. According to Zoe’s account, Rocco had drank all the bottles and was driving erratically while trying to pee into a plastic bottle while driving. 

Rocco currently is sitting in the cafeteria of Eleanor Roosevelt High School while he attends his court ordered safe driving seminars. Zoe is not in attendance.
